Shipping
We ship via Canada Post We process your order as soon as we receive it and do our best to ship within 4-7days. (Sometimes quicker). Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location as once the item is delivered it is your responsibility.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order - unless you're purchasing a custom item - whereby all sales are final. You must contact us prior to returning. All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds will be issued. Your store credit will be issued to you via email - which you can use on a future purchase. Return shipping costs are full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you. All items returned must be unworn with original tags still in tact. Please ensure you send back the item as it was received, clean and free of pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn or altered. Such items will be returned at the customers expense.
Sale items purchased are final sale.
